Hi! My name is Brittan and I’m traveling to work on a tv show starting in October. I’m looking to sublet my private room in my apartment from September 1-May 1 of next year. $1,450 a month. Also responsible for utilities.

About the place: it’s located in the mid city neighborhood in West LA, 1-2 miles for the Academy Museum, LACMA, and the Petersen Auto Museum, and more! There’s some walkable restaurants, free street parking nearby, and is close to public transit and the 10. Large bed room that will be furnished and the long closet will be cleared for use. Room features a Queen Bed, futon, coffee table, mini fridge, TV, workspace desk, large sliding door closet and small chest of drawers, storage cabinets and a utility sink, coffee and tea set up, private bathroom, and a ps4, dart board, and dry erase board for lists and all your thoughts! Great for WFH, Entertainment professionals, and graduate students.

What I’m looking for: I’m looking for a male Subletter age 24-30ish who’s responsible, respectful, trustworthy, and clean (we do our best to keep common areas clean) but my room should definitely be kept clean. Preferably looking for someone already in the LA area so you can meet us in person and see the space before I leave. Looking for someone who already has a job and proof of income. There are two roommates who are upstairs. We’re 25-29 years old, 2/3 work in entertainment and sports, and 1 has a corporate job. We like movies, sports, are friendly (smoke only outside the unit) and love a good meal.

No parking spot available for this rental. There’s laundry on site at the building. It’s a fantastic location, and I doubt you’ll find a room this large for this price. Please dm me if you’re interested.
