Hi! I’m a 35-year-old female professional, and I’m looking for a female roommate to take over the master bedroom in my apartment starting Sep 1st (open to short-term as well).

The apt is located in a very calm homey area in Mid Wilshire where it's easy to get to West LA, Beverly Hills.. I specifically picked this neighborhood for my dog to have a nice walk every day so it's very walkable safe area! Your room will be master bedroom which comes with private bathroom and walk in closet. Laundry is in unit.

The building has gated parking ($65/month) and nice amenities like gym, barbecue, pool/jacuzzi, and common lounge room as well!

I work regular weekday hours (commute to Santa Monica Mon–Fri 9-6 w my dog), and the apartment has a pretty relaxed, respectful, homey vibe overall. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and easygoing. Students or professionals welcome!
