The private space is within a very spacious living room made completely private with light-blocking luxury curtains in a one-bedroom very spacious apartment and is shared with one kind, busy, clean and quiet roommate.****

• The Room: Furnished Loft Bed Space (the actual bed frame is 27" X 57") designed for complete privacy within a very spacious living room + Desk, Chair, Desk Lamp, Storage, Air Purifier, Light-blocking and Privacy Curtains, and View; Luxury Eye Mask and Ear Plugs provided.

• Storage Note: Please be advised that no additional storage is available on-site. Residents requiring extra space must secure their own external storage solutions.

• Indoor Shared Areas: Full kitchen, living room, and bath with tub/ventilation.

• Amenities: Incredible allergy-free garden area with privacy, outdoor furniture, hammock, and greenery!

About me:

I’m a single private but quite friendly young woman who keeps quite busy both in online school and physically working consistently, and I keep a spiritually-centered, quiet, simple, lifestyle.

The Household:

• Environment: very clean, extremely lazy-quiet, relaxing, “prayerful” environment.
• Faith-and-Spirituality-Friendly Atmosphere: Ideal for someone who is Christian/Catholic/spiritual etc or simply respectful of an intentionality-focused, calm home, alike!
• Concierge Service: I clean everything and provide household supplies (TP, cleaning products, also toilet paper and soap!). You just assist by keeping all common areas (bathroom/dishes) as you found them - and that’s it! ;)
• Community: Would love a roommate who’s comfortable exchanging a greeting, or even sharing a meal at the table once in a while rather than be “complete strangers”, where possible/applicable.

Requirements & Move-in

• First month and last month/deposit: ($900 + $900 for move-in, non-negotiable). $200 additional for private parking.
• Ideal for: Quiet, clean and easy-going busy student or professional.
• Verification: On-the-spot background/criminal+credit check required (if international please discuss, we have appropriate international options as well).
• Finances: Must have funds ready and be ready for move-in today.

• Holding Fee: $200 (Non-refundable) to hold for up to 2 weeks (applies to first rent).
• The space is available on a first-come first-serve basis, open-house style and since it’s renting soon there are no future-date appointments available / guaranteed or “holding time” without a deposit. Hence there is the fee to hold the space for up to 2 weeks maximum, which will be applied toward first month's rent at move-in, then agreement is signed by both parties with the rest of the payment.***
