Private Room For Rent in 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment

Looking for a roommate in the 2nd floor unit of a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a nice view & balcony on Pico and Fairfax. My sister is moving out May 1st, there will be newer furniture in living room coming May or June. Actual room is unfurnished and will be cleaned. For me I'm a male, 28, Electrician, typically a person that's to myself, and hardly have people over. The place is pretty big about 1000sqft with the room being about 150 sqft and includes a closet.
It's street parking but I've been living here about 5 years and haven't had an issue parking. There may be a space you can contact the landlord about if need be. There is a laundry room we pay for. Rent is 1150 a month, electric Gas and WiFi are not included. 1150 security deposit has to be paid as well. Any accommodations you have we can talk about. The area is very nice for the price LA wise it's basically center of everything. Nearby there's a grocery store on the corner of the street, and a bunch of cafes/shops within 5 minutes and the grove being about an 8 min drive.
Cats and dogs will be 50 extra and are ok to have.

There is a background check, credit check and $50 application fee. If you are a reliable person I will be considerable just let me know. I only need your email to send to the property manager. I would prefer someone who is able to stay a longer term.
