Private Room For Rent in 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment

Looking for a roommate in the 2nd floor corner unit of a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with balcony on Pico and Fairfax My sister is moving out May 1st and all of what you see in the pictures are about 99% hers and she will take with her. For me I'm a male, 28, Electrician, typically a person that's to myselt, and hardly have people over. The place is pretty big about 1000sqft with the room being about 130 sqft
It's street parking but I've been living here about 5 years and haven't had an issue parking. There may be a space you can contact the landlord about if need be. There is a laundry room we pay for. Rent is 1200 a month, utilities and wifi are around 60. 1200 security deposit has to be paid as well. I am looking to hire a cleaning person once a month and we can discuss this. Any accommodations you have we can talk about as well. The area is very nice for the price LA wise it's basically center of everything. Nearby there's a grocery store on the corner of the street, and a bunch of cates/shops within 5 minutes and the grove being about an 8 min drive.
Cats and dogs will be 50 extra and are ok to have.
