Room for Rent in Mid-Wilshire

Hello~!

I am currently looking for a roommate. My roommate is moving out at the end of this month - March 2026. The room will be available at the beginning of April 2026. I'm most likely going to be moving at the end of September 2026, so I am looking for someone who might want to take the place after I leave!

Its a living room that has been converted into a bedroom. The unit is a one-bed, one-bath house with a full kitchen in the back of my landlady's property. Outdoors, there is a community seating area with tables and lights!

Utilities like water and power are included. However, there is an internet bill, which is $40.00/mo per person. There isn't onsite laundry, but there are two laundromats walking distance from the house. There is street parking with a parking pass that is provided by our landlady.

I'm currently a part time student and work part time as well, so I am out of the house pretty frequently. I'm a trans-woman, so I would prefer queer or queer friendly applicants! Smoking is okay with me, just preferably outdoors. Unfortunately, as far as I know, pets aren't allowed, however I believe its flexible. I would just have to check with my landlady!
