We have a bedroom available in our bright, spacious 3 bed / 2 bath duplex in Miracle Mile. The room is unfurnished and shares a bathroom with a couple who keep a tidy, respectful space.

The house is 2,150 sq ft with multiple communal areas (living room, dining room, sun room, office, breakfast nook) so there’s plenty of room to spread out. It never feels cramped.

Location is a huge plus: walking distance to grocery stores and pharmacies, All Season Brewing, Met Her at a Bar, and the Purple Line metro (one block away once it opens).

About us: one woman and two men in our early–mid 30s. We’re friendly, independent, and mindful of shared spaces. We’re looking for someone around our age who cleans up after themselves and treats the house with care. We also have a very friendly cat.
