Hi! My name is Valentina. I’m looking for a roommate to take over my bf’s room (he just moved back to Northern Ireland). Female is preferred.

Things I love about this place:

- Located on the second floor. Offers some privacy & a good view.
- Equipped with fire stove, microwave & oven
- Beautiful & walkable neighborhood
- Friendly neighbors who will actually look out for each other
(but not bother you, some have lived here for 30+ years)

My Lifestyle:
I’m a night person, so it’d be perfect if you’re similar
On average, I invite friends to come & hang out once a week.
As for cleanliness & tidiness - you can tell from the pics & vids.
During my spare time, I like to go out with friends, watch TV & movies.

Other notes:
- The room is mostly unfurnished, but a mattress & topper are available.
- I can help with furnishing if you need help/don’t have a car.
- No AC. Electronic heaters & cooling fans get the job done for LA weather!
- No pets, loud instruments, smoking, drugs (per landlord’s request)
- We’re on one of the busiest streets, which connects you to places but it’s not “quiet”
- Street Parking always available (either permit or not)

It’s located on the second floor. There’s only me who would be your roommate! Ideal for someone who prioritizes flexibility with the rental term.
I initially had a friend who wanted to join me, but she's having trouble getting out of her lease, so I’m posting here.
