Hello, I'm Bobbi. I'm a creative, free-spirited female in my late 40s. I am straight cis-gender, but LGBTQIA++ friendly. Non-smoker, 420 friendly. I am not active on FB but I'll share my Instagram if you'd like. In the 15 years I've lived in Los Angeles, I've lived all over. This is my first rental in Mid City -- I'm absolutely loving the central location and my quiet and safe neighborhood. I love going to comedy shows, new restaurants or seeing my favorite DJs. I don't really bring the party home -- but I'm open to entertaining/small hangs.
As a roommate, I am friendly, clean and considerate -- and looking for the same. I have a small and super friendly senior chihuahua named Gina that lives with me part time. She is well-behaved and loves people. I would consider your small, house-trained dog as long as they get along or at least tolerate one another.

*I currently have the room listed on short-term sites & apps, which is why it is furnished. That market is saturated, so I've decided to expand my search to include more long term leasing options.
