Fully furnished mid-sized bedroom available starting Dec 10th (can work with move in date for right candidate) in our beautiful 3BR/2BA home. Looking for cat friendly roomie who appreciates a cozy, well kept home.
Will prorate December based on move in date.
*comfy queen bed, desk, dresser, TV, window AC.
*washer + dryer in home.
*shared bathroom with one roommate who is only in town once a month.
*large living room, dining room, small enclosed backyard with patio furniture and grill.
*some garage storage.
*street parking is ample and easy and if you need a cat, I can add mine to the rental as well!
*Indoor/outdoor cat in the home so built in pet, yay!
*shared with 2 roomies both in our early 40s who travel often.
*fun, chil, clean household - everyone does their own thing but also enjoy hanging when we're all home.
