🌞 You have a night job, 9-to-5 job or other outside work commitments (I work 2-3 days in-office and 3 days from home). I'd love to maximize the feeling of autonomy for both of us. That being said, I'd consider a remote/wfh person under the right circumstances. Don't rule yourself out -- if you think we're a fit run it by me :)

🧹 Cleaning duties shared between you, me and Tupac, the robot vacuum. Tbh I’ll probably do most of it as long as you help with day-to-day maintenance. I've stockpiled some dish soap, hand soap, daily shower spray and other cleaning products. When we run out, we split the cost of replacements.

Hello, I'm Bobbi. I'm a creative, free-spirited female in my mid 40s -- in the 15 years I've lived in Los Angeles, I've lived all over. This is my first rental in Mid City -- and I'm absolutely loving the central location and my quiet and safe neighborhood. Professionally I wear many hats, and split my time 50/50 between the livestream studio where I work, and my creative pursuits (from my home office/art space). Socially, I love going to comedy shows, new restaurants or seeing my favorite DJs. I've never been one to bring the party home -- but I'm open to small get-togethers.
As a roommate, I am friendly, clean and considerate -- and looking for the same, since we are sharing a bathroom. I have a small and super friendly senior chihuahua named Gina that lives with me part time. She is well-behaved and loves people. I would consider your small, house-trained dog as long as they get along or at least tolerate one another.

*I currently have the room listed on short-term sites & apps, which is why it is furnished. That market is much more competitive that I had expected, so I've decided to expand my search to include monthly leasing options.
