HOUSE VIBE
On the 3rd floor, we have Maria (photographer) and Nicco (general manager). On the 1st floor, we have Tyler (fitness coach). Everyone is very respectful, laid-back, and quiet, with similar schedules. We usually only run into each other when cooking meals, as everyone is very routine-oriented with work, personal life, and hobbies. Our lovely housemate on the 2nd floor is moving out (along with his dog), and another housemate on the 1st floor will also be moving out on February 1st. We’re ideally looking for working professionals who are clean, organized, respectful, and kind, and who value a calm, well-maintained home.
