Single room with shared bathroom available for rent in 3 bedroom / 2 bath ADU in the Latino Quarter.

This is a lease takeover with the current lease renewing March 2026.

Room will be unfurnished at move-in. Room can fit a queen bed with a nightstand, a desk, 55in tv with stand and a dresser.

We are looking for another queer or ally roommate to join our lovely carriage home that sits behind a 1903 mansion. Current roommates are 28 (They/Them) and 31 (She/Her). There is already a house cat, but we are welcome to other animals.

Electric runs about $150 each
Water and Gas is about $50-$70, and billed bi-monthly
Pet Deposit is $500 per animal or ESA for free
Application Fee is $45
Tandem Parking Spot is an additional $75 a month if wanted
Washer and dryer is included (and not coin op!)

We are open to an established couple moving in. In this case the rent would be $955 per person per month; as we split the cost of the home evenly.

We are having showings Wednesdays-Sundays, 12-7pm. Let us know if you need an alternative time and we’ll work to accommodate you. The room is furnished for showing but will be unfurnished at move in.

We’re looking for someone respectful, clean (not spotless but generally well kept), and bonus points if they’re social and would like to join in the occasional game or movie night. We keep a cozy, chill home and are looking for someone who’d like to add to the home we’ve created.
