Hello! We have one bedroom available in this beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex apartment. It is two floors, very charming, spacious, airy, tons of natural light, with laundry in unit and central ac/ heat. It is located in mid-wilshire/ miracle mile area (walking distance to LACMA and lots of cute restaurants and cafes). The bedroom rent is $1560, with lots of windows/ great views of LA, and good closet space, and a shared bathroom! There is also a great backyard space with a patio and fairy lights, that is shared with really sweet neighbors! There is plenty of street parking, there is permit parking during the week (getting a permit from the city is super easy and cheap.) The apartment would be shared with me and one other girl. We are both women in our 20's, super friendly, clean, working full time, and respectful of others spaces!
