I'm renting the living room of my 1 bedroom apartment. Maybe you can have the bedroom if you don't like the living room. But it is more spacious, 10'X16', bedroom is smaller.

-Bathroom/Baño: Shared/
-Kitchen/Cocina: Shared
-Living room/Sala: I'll just use it to go in or out the bedroom/apartment.
-Parking: Street only
-Pets: No
-Laundry/Lavandería: On site building/
-Utilities bills: (water and gas included) electricity will split in 2 equally/
-Preferably 1 female. I'm a 60 year old female who works every day except Monday's
-I usually leave at 7:00am and come back 5:30ish pm
-You'll find everything pretty close; grocery stores, parks, department stores, Taco trucks, 1 bus gets you to Santa Monica or downtown LA going the opposite direction etc..
Stuff shown in picture won't be there once you move in
