Parking is really Bad, so ideal for someone without a car, a foreign student or someone visiting for a few months. I am a European male, fitness trainer and Judo instructor at the Japanese Cultural Institute. , I'm respectful and clean, I rarely have guests over and I expect the same from renter. I also have references from people that stayed here in the past. There is also a rowing machine and exercise equipment in the apartment. Laundry in the basement of the building.
