We have a room for rent in a house within the Melrose District available now. The house is large, with a full front and back yard, a fully stocked wet bar, and right in the heart of Hollywood/West Hollywood.

The House
The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of the Melrose Arts District. The house itself is fully furnished, with a wet bar, large kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry in unit. The house also has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, with beautiful Spanish art deco archways throughout. Additionally, the house has a full front and backyard (with lemon and pomegranate trees), with a picnic table, chairs, and stringlights for a nice relaxing spot outdoors. There is also plenty of storage throughout the home, as well as a garage for storage. The house also has fiber optic internet, a full security camera system, and plenty of storage throughout the home. It's located in the heart of a very quiet neighborhood off Melrose Ave, with plenty of walkable bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The Roommates
We're three guys in our mid-thirties who are generally pretty career-focused and are looking for a like-minded person to take the sublet for the room. We are all quiet and courteous, and keep the common areas of the house clean.

The Room
