The House

Hi.

I have a large corner room with a walk-in closet for rent in a spacious (1900 sq. ft) 1930s Spanish-style duplex in Mid-City near Miracle Mile (just below La Brea and Olympic) in Los Angeles. The three of us share the kitchen, a large bathroom, two living rooms, and a gym room. There is a patio at the back.

There is a washer/dryer combo inside the apartment.

Parking is easy as the street has been converted to permit parking.

The room is partially furnished with a bed frame (no mattress), a chest of drawers, a desk, and a wall-mounted TV.

With close access to the Ten freeway, shopping, WeHo, and Downtown, there's a reason it's called Mid-City. ;)

All you pay is rent plus a share of the DWP (electricity) every other month, a share of the monthly gas bill, and a share of household supplies (cleaning, etc.). High-speed Internet (via fibre optic) is included.

You need to be a dog person, as I have a beautiful Catahoula/Blue Staffordshire mix doggy named Bailey. She is very friendly. My roommate also has a young, playful girl named Mallory.

Please be a non-smoker and clean, tidy, and responsible in the common areas.

Light to moderate/sober drinkers are preferred due to problems in the past with alcoholics. No drug use, please.

We're both fellas, and a fellow male is preferred.
