Private room/parking/central air/near everything

I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom apt. The rent is $1375.00 and includes lots of amenities. The neighborhood is central to everything. I am a block from BEVERLY & FAIRFAX. You can walk to the grove, trader joes, whole foods, and CVS. I am looking for someone who does work from home, is chill, has no drama, is clean, and is easy to get along with. I have a small dog that is very sweet. I will consider another, but they must be house-trained and get along with my dog. It is available on Aug 1st. The room is UNFURNISHED but the apt is furnished with everything you will need. It is a shared bathroom but you have your own sink and storage under it. I work full time and am out of the house a lot. I am a female, drama-free, open-minded, and easy to get along with. It is $1375.00 + $1375.00 deposit to move in. Depends on the situation but I would also consider short-term. The utilities are usually under $75.00 a month.
