I currently live in a large house, part of a duplex. The house has 2 bedrooms.. Looking for someone who would like to share a very comfortable, upscale place along with a totally private large backyard in the heart of the city.

Currently, rent start date would be April 1st 2026 or later. The rent covers ALL utilities (water, electricity, trash, and high speed internet).

This house comes with ample street parking and very lush, big front and back yards (maintained weekly by gardener.) This is a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood.

The house is conducive to "social distancing", if so willing. I hardly ever saw my roommate, if you like your peace and quiet. Between the large and well appointed back patio and spacious interior, we were like "2 boats passing in the night".

I am a professional in tech/finance, looking to share the space with a clean, responsible, quiet, self sufficient adult.

The whole house is furnished, so you don't have to worry about furniture. You are however welcome to bring some of your own, if so willing. Right now, the open bedroom has a bed, nightstands, dresser, a desk with chair, a lounge chair and a big TV. The bedroom is large and has a walk in closet.

The property is located 5 minutes from Beverly Hills, 5 minutes from the Grove and walking distance to the city museums. So, as previously mentioned, very centrally located.
