I am currently a 2nd year student getting my Masters of Social Work, 23, and live in an amaaaaazing apartment in Miracle Mile (90019). My roommate is moving and I am looking for someone to take over her room. It is 2 bed 1 bath, on the top floor, has great natural light, a full kitchen (including dishwasher), laundry IN unit, and 2 parking spaces as well as generally easy street parking. The block is also trying to get permit street parking.
A little bit about me...
I?m generally pretty low key and enjoy just hanging around the house when I have some down time from school - which generally keeps me busy weekdays and sometimes weekends. That being said, I do also like to go out and explore, meet new people, go to the beach/hike. Not a big partier/drinker so looking for someone who isn?t either. I would consider myself relatively clean/tidy and like to keep common areas clean - the kitchen in particular - but would certainly not call myself a neat freak!
I also have a super sweet and calm 1 1/2 year old frenchie and am open to you having a dog! Sorry no cats, I am super allergic. As per my landlord's request, the dog would have to be small or medium - she didn?t give me an exact weight limit but I?m thinking no larger than 40 pounds or so.
