I am a responsible professional and would like to add additional roommates to the three bedroom duplex I rent. It's about 1700 sq/ft has a patio, 1 parking space available in back and large kitchen area. In-unit washer-dryer.

-Two rooms are available:

- one is a smaller room with bathroom and walk in closet.

- the other is a larger room with a closet.

Both rooms have furnishings but if you have your own furnishings I can remove what you don't need. It's in a great location near the Farmers Market, museums, restaurants, bus lines etc.. I'm quite and laid back. Please be someone who is responsible, clean and social.
