You will be taking over my roommates lease of this beautiful room in a cozy 2b2b condo/apartment on the upper level. Apartment is furnished but you are welcome to bring furnitures as well. Brand new kitchen appliances with dish washer, and onsite laundry room for use. You have a room with a walk in closet and a great view, you get your own bathroom. Balcony space outside the living room. Brand new kitchen tiles. Wooden floor in the rest of the space with a fire place. Central ac. I will have one cat on property so unfortunately no other pets.

Lease is one year till July 26.

The neighborhood is mostly family, safe and plenty of street parking. You have one parking spot in the garage. Rent is 1300 plus utilities that bills bi monthly.
