Rent is $1,600/month with utilities included. No designated parking spot but plenty of street parking. There’s in-unit washer and dryer and central AC. Kitchen is supplied with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dish washer. No pets.
The bedroom is cozily furnished and has a decently sized closet and clothing rack for extra storage. There's large windows and tons of natural light, the plants love it! The whole apartment has high ceilings and beautiful wood flooring.
The private bathroom is next door to your bedroom and will only be used by you. The other bathroom is my roommates and contains the shared in-unit washer and dryer.
The living room is furnished and a shared space. Huge space with tons of natural light and plants. Smart TV with most streaming services. There is a private yard in the back for residents.
This is a family-oriented building so no parties or excessive noise. Cleanliness, kindness, and respect of the space and my roommate is mandatory.
