Room for rent in Townhouse

My name is Susan. I have a large furnished bedroom with bathroom and a patio to rent. I have a covered secure garage with one spot available for a second car.
The monthly rent due on the first is $1500. It includes utilities and internet.
The security deposit is the same as the rent: $1500, returned when you leave and everything is in good condition. The room was painted this past spring.
There are kitchen privileges with space to store food on shelves and space assigned in the refrigerator and freezer. My everyday dishes are available for use along with pots and pans and utensils. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. A cleaning person comes every other week and will clean the whole house including the rented space. (No extra charge!)
A washer and dryer are available though use has to be negotiated due to the placement. (Please come and check it out!)
There is a bus stop within a block and lots of shopping choices that can be easily accessed on foot or by car.
I am looking for a quiet person who will respect the space. I don't wear outdoor shoes in the house and I don't smoke or want drugs on my premises. I will respect your privacy and expect the same in turn.
