Need roommate for Marina Del Rey apartment

Hi! Im Kirra! I’m looking for a tenant to take over my current roommates spot on the lease at Marina 41 in Marina del Rey beginning March 1.
This is a private bedroom with a detached bathroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment managed by Equity Residential.

It’s about 992 sq ft with a vaulted ceiling in the living room since it’s on the fourth floor. No upstairs neighbors! It’s in a quiet location on the Marina 41 property and the balcony looks out towards a waterfall/the ocean. It’s a minute walk from Mother’s Beach, and a 5 minute walk from The Hive café and Café Cache (which is right on the water). There’s an adorable farmers market in the parking lot across the street on Saturdays, too.

Monthly costs break down to $1,550 base rent, $60 for your own parking, and utilities that typically average around $150, bringing the total to about $1,760 per month all in.

The bedroom and common areas are furnished (bedroom mattress not included). We can take away the things are in there too if you prefer.
The unit includes an in-unit laundry room, assigned personal parking, and full access to Marina 41 amenities including the pool, gym, and tennis courts.
The building is very safe, professionally managed, cat/dog friendly, and located in a great area of Marina del Rey. Ideal for a working professional looking for a stable, clean, and secure living situation.

This is a lease replacement through Equity Residential, not a sublease. The new tenant will need to complete an application directly with Equity, pay a $39 screening fee, meet the income requirement (2.2x the monthly rent), and pass credit and background screening.
The lease runs through December 15, 2026. We are open to discussing shorter lease terms also!
