The apartment is fully furnished, including a queen bed and sit/stand desk in the bedroom, plus a fully furnished living room and kitchen. A reserved parking spot in a gated garage is included.

The building has excellent amenities: pool, two hot tubs, fire pits, and a well-equipped gym. All utilities are included, including internet.

About me: I’m a 34-year-old male living in the other bedroom. I work in the office Monday–Thursday and coach group fitness a couple evenings a week, so I’m out of the apartment often. I also have a small, friendly poodle mix.
