ABOUT THE HOME: One of our roomies is moving in with her boyfriend so we have a room coming available in our beautiful 4br, 3 bathroom home. Our house is on a gorgeous canal, has 2 balconies, a roof deck, a huge back patio with a day bed, and a working fireplace for cozy nights in. Plus it's one block from the beach and an 8-min walk to Venice.

The room is huge with a lot of windows, a large closet and private bathroom (pictured, it has two sinks).
WHO WE'RE HOPING FOR: We're looking for a female roomie, ideally in her early 30s. No cats allowed (one of us is allergic), a dog is a maybe (we already have a one pup in the house, so any additional pup would also need to be the right fit!). In-person or hybrid work preferred but not required.
ABOUT US: We are three women in our early thirties and one pup. Two of us work remotely and one of us is hybrid (two days WFH). We have our own lives but are also friends - we love hosting friends and dinners at our home or having a cozy girl's night in.
