Hi! I’ve lived here for 11 1/2 years and it’s the best. My longtime roommate has moved across the country so I need someone to take his place!

Details:
- Available April 1
- Large (1300 sq ft) 2 BR/2BA in Marina del Rey
- You would have second bedroom, with walk-in closet and large bathroom
- Currently unfurnished but bed is available (barely used)
- Bedroom door opens to large shared balcony (with limited view of the Marina)
- 3rd floor east-facing view
- Full size washer and dryer in unit
- 1 minute walk to Mother's Beach; 8 minute walk to the ocean
- Luxury building with 24/7 security, gated parking, dedicated (tandem) parking spot, 24-hour full gym, rooftop, bbq, pool, clubhouse, bike storage, AC, free happy hour and brunch once a week, strong community feel
- Paid: WiFi, Hulu, Max, Netflix, WOW Presents Plus, Apple TV, Paramount Plus (while Drag Race is in season), Prime (those last few are subject to my whim)
- Shared: water, gas, trash, electric (your portion of these combined would be around $75)
- Couples considered (let’s discuss rate)

Now the catch:
- Asking $2,200 for rent, which is much less than half of the total
- This is a discounted rate because I will ask you to help me with my dog, Dino. He is a young schnauzer who is an absolute love bucket. When I travel, I will ask you to please watch him so I don't have to board him. Honestly, he is such a great dog that I should ask for MORE rent just for the privilege of getting to snuggle with him lol!! But I understand it is a responsibility, and I need someone to help a little bit.

The list of taboos:
- No smoking. Not even on the balcony. Not even weed. I am fine if you're a pothead, but just not inside please
- Booze only, and only in moderation. I cannot deal with a cokehead or a tweaker, and I've had too many superdrunks come in and out of my life, no more please
- No guns, not even under six layers of plexiglass and safety locked
- No drama, FFS we are adults
- Pets are considered but there is an additional rent charge for them (I think $75, but will look into it)
- I don't care if you have some sleepovers but don't have someone practically move in here and expect me not to notice or ask them to pay their share
- ABSOLUTELY NO MAGAS or MAGA sympathizers. I should have led with that

About me: I am an advertising professional but currently working retail. I'm an actor and a drummer in a band. I love London, music (Beatles obsessed), the tiki scene, drag (LOVE drag queens, so if you are one please apply), and shopping.

As a roommate, I am very chill - I'm not a diva, I don't get up in your business, but I do love making friends and watching trash TV together. I have a closet full of stuff I'll lend to you!
