Room with ensuite in two-story Mar Vista apartment

Awesome two-story apartment in a new building in Mar Vista, 3 bed 3.5 bath. Open plan living space on the top floor with big windows, balcony, great kitchen + island, and plenty of natural light (unobstructed view west across the city). Downstairs are the three bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. The room that's up for rent has its own balcony as well.

The living spaces of the apartment are furnished, but the bedroom for rent is not. We have a big couch, super well-stocked kitchen, plants (including our own herb garden!), and a keyboard piano if that's relevant.

Amenities: Parking included in the price, great AC, really solid (and big) in-unit washer and dryer. There's also free Spectrum wifi + TV (can watch anywhere on your devices which is nice), plus Peacock, Paramount+, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+. There's a roof with string lights, a grill, picnic tables, and a view east + west all the way to the mountains.

Easy access to everything on the Westside (3 mins to the 405, 10 mins to Venice, Marina del Rey, downtown Culver, Sawtelle, 15 mins to Santa Monica, LAX, El Segundo).

Our third roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we need someone to take his place. The two of us who remain (both 25M) are easy-going, ideally looking for someone who shares common interests. We both love the outdoors, go hiking or camping a lot, like to play tennis on weekdays and beach volleyball on the weekends. We also like to cook a lot and both love physics (not a requirement lol). I'm currently working as an engineer at an aerospace startup, and the other one does CS at a quantum computing company. I also play soccer and we both love snow sports (we'll be driving up to Mammoth plenty this winter). We're both very clean but not super organized, although we do a pretty good job of keeping the living space from getting messy. In general, just looking for someone with the spirit of adventure and a good heart!
