We have an unfurnished bedroom with a shared master bath in a bright, spacious, comfortable 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath furnished home for rent available July 1st. This is a month to month rental and the rent is $1340 + one month deposit. Utilities would be shared among three-- approx. $100 a month depending on the season.

The bedroom has a huge double closet and upper storage in the room with two windows and a nice view of the backyard. Bedroom size - approx: 12 ft x 9 ft. Wood floors. The master bathroom would be shared with one female roommate.

We have a big kitchen with a dishwasher, open living room and dining area with big windows, a private backyard with trees and a patio, a front porch and small front garden. Gated entrance, off-street parking/ private laundry room. The house sits at the top of a hill and is safe and quiet. The dining room/ front porch has a view of the city and ocean in the distance. We have an extra fridge in the garage and there's plenty of kitchen cabinet space. The space is well designed for three roommates.

Westside - Mar Vista location, with easy access to the 405/ 10 fwys + beach areas. Great neighborhood with restaurants, shops and farmers market in walking distance.

Your roommates would be one woman (with whom you’d share the bathroom with) and one man. We are looking for a roommate with excellent references, good credit and financially stable. We are neat but not fussy, easy-going, open-minded and love living in Los Angeles. This is a non-smoking, eco-conscious home.
