Two Miles from Venice Beach, and a Starbucks within a short walk, We are looking for a: Full-Time, Daytime, Working Away from Home individual, who would like to be a Guest/Lodger. A Short term Stay would be equal to 6 months, Long term = 1 year.

Quite and Peacful Neighborhood, and easy place to get a good nights sleep.

Private Entrance, Private Room, Private Bathroom, Laundry on Site, Shared use of the Kitchen.

$1,400.00 per month PLUS Utilites.

Could be available within a day after an Application is submitted, along with a Small $40.00 upfront Non-Refundable Fee for a Credit and Backround Check. If everything checks out, and you agree with the House Policies, we would then sign the agreement, I would receive the first, last, and securtiy, and then I would give you the Key. Normally this process could be a few days to a week, no rush is implied. First/Last/&Security* due at signing. *Could Be Spread between two or three monthy payments.
