This is a co-living apartment, so you are renting out a private room within a shared five bedroom/ three bath apartment. For the bathroom, you will only be sharing with one other person.

Utilities range from $75-$90 per person- it includes gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet. Rent price also includes biweekly cleanings for the shared spaces and the bathrooms. Shared goods are delivered each month from the management that includes toilet papers, paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing soap. Washer/dryer available in unit as well as dishwasher.

Parking is available for $75 a month in the covered garage. I used it for a month but discontinued after realizing parking is very very easy to find on the street. Centinela Ave always has plenty of free street parking available. You do not need a permit.
