Looking for a roommate to share a fully furnished 1,600 sq ft home in Mar Vista. You’ll have the western-facing master bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom.

Location: Near Venice High. ~1 mile to the Mar Vista Farmers, 10 mins to Venice Pier and 10 mins to Culver City.

The house is a 3br, 2.5 bath with plenty of storage space - I’ll use the other room as an office.

Downstairs Area: Two living rooms, a full kitchen, bar, and half bath.

I’m 30, work in finance, and I'm quiet and clean. I’ve lived in LA for 8 years and have spent time living in the tropics and across the Mid-Atlantic. I’m pretty active outdoors - spearfishing, foot volley, surfing and various other beach sports and I value a peaceful, lowkey home environment.

Looking for a housemate who is financially stable and takes care of themselves and their living space. I’ve been here four years and the landlord is super chill, so I'm looking for someone who wants to help maintain a solid home base.
