It's a 2bd/2ba apartment in a great spot in Venice - just over 1,000 sq ft with high ceilings, big windows, and three balconies.
The common areas are furnished, but you'd need your own furniture for the bedroom. The unit has in-building laundry and two parking spots for the apartment.
Ideally looking for someone to start a new lease with me on December 1st. preferably a student or someone who's quiet, clean, and respectful.
