I am looking for someone to share my 2bed/2 baths apt with.
There is a small room available that has closet and a private bathroom as well as some more organizing space in between.
The apartment is located in a safe area and there's a gate to access the building. Very cute courtyard with Gazebo and barbecue in the middle. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries.
Parking spot included in the rent.
There is a 1000$ deposit and you will have to submit an application for your share so serious inquiries only.
I also have a black cat living with me so a must is for you to not be allergic and be nice and loving to cats.
I am slowly furnishing and decorating the living room and balcony so I will keep updating the pictures as I go.
