I'm looking for a new amazing female to share my beautiful 4 BD + 2.5 BA home on the edge of Venice/Mar Vista. I would love to find a creative female with fun loving and hardworking energy to share my space with me. It's a stunning and magical home full of warm and welcoming energy. It's also spotless and organized as I'm extremely neat. The bedroom for rent is a newly remodeled 12x18 room and has it's own private entrance w/ lock/key, brand new bathroom, closet, garage parking space and is in it's own separate wing for your privacy.
The home features a sprawling kitchen, open and vibrant layout, new washer/dryer, panoramic doors (aka indoor outdoor living), beautiful fenced-in yard, and is very secure. Gorgeous sun deck and gardening box that I'd love to start utilizing as well and 2 storage sheds that have space available.
The neighborhood is serene and full of welcoming neighbors. I'm very grateful to live here and hope to find someone who shares in that with me and will find solace here. I've lived here for 2 years and have had the luck of the best roommates thus far, so i'm hoping to get lucky again!
$2,400/month + utilities. Hoping for someone who can commit to 6-months and then switch over to month-to-month.

I spend the summer time walking on the beach in the AM, afternoons reading and painting on the patio, and some Friday nights walking over to the Penmar for the concerts which is always fun!
I love art, eating/cooking, fitness/weight lifting, meditation, yoga, journaling, traveling, and all things creative. Would love someone who wants to be friends and cook together/watch trash TV some nights, but also is down to ignore each other other time and have introverted days/nights.
