Room available in shared unit in Mar Vista

Located near Venice Blvd. in Mar Vista, short drive away from Venice Beach, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica, Culver City, and freeways.

One bedroom available in two bedroom unit. Each has its own private bathroom with bathtub. The shared space consists of a hallway with washer/dryer and kitchenette (microwave, airfryer oven, and refrigerator). There is not a living room area or full kitchen in the space. I'm currently living in the other bedroom.

Street parking. No yard, but there is a rooftop space. Farmer's market down the block each Sunday. Restaurants and shops w/in walking distance.

I work from home as a creative in the music business (various hours). I love to be active/outside, go to shows, eat delicious food, and hang w/ my 2 very sweet kitties (FYI if you are allergic). I am laid back, respectful, and good at communicating. Mary Jane friendly.

Hope to find someone on a similar vibration as it is an intimate space but has great energy and I have loved living in this building for a few years now.
