Looking for a roommate for a giant bedroom with beautiful light with a private ensuite bathroom in a highly secure, 12-unit condo building. The property is exceptionally quiet and peaceful.

Parking: Dedicated space in a secure, underground locked garage.

Pets: Small dog or cat welcome. There is an excellent dog walk right outside.

Privacy Privacy: The condo is quiet. My 47-year-old brother lives here as well; he keeps entirely to himself in his room, with the door shut and uses headphones, only stepping out a few times a day to use the kitchen or bathroom.

So basically you have an entire home to yourself for the vast majority of the time.

The Ideal Roommate: We are offering the room at a lower rate than normal to find a specific type of roommate. If you are the type of person who takes charge of keeping a home organized and clean and a low maintenance person this is a perfect fit. However, if that is not your thing, we can have a weekly cleaning service instead, which would change the cost accordingly.
