Female roommate wanted to share my bright plant filled 2 BDRM/1BATHROOM APARTMENT located in Mar Vista, right next to the 405 freeway. Sorry, no males. I need a balance from my masculine energy in here and someone who can care for the plants with me if possible. Yogi's and active people are preferred but not mandatory.

Mar Vista is a very chill and down-to-earth neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles right in between Culver City and Venice Beach. We have the best Sunday farmers market in all of LA 3 blocks away.

My apartment is conveniently located next to the 405 freeway, Washington Place, Washington Blvd and Venice Blvd. There's an abundance of bars, great restaurants, coffee shops and lots to do and see around me.

I'm 2 miles to Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey, 4 miles to Santa Monica Promenade, 15mins to LAX!

I'm super chill, neat and clean, 42-year-old Virgo strait male. I live a healthy active lifestyle and definitely over my party days. I travel for work a lot. I'm in Bali most of the year where I teach yoga, meditation, and wellness. I also run a charity that serves southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. I'm gone a lot, and I would prefer new roommate to be healthy, outgoing, dependable, neat and clean and has their s#*t together. Let's face it, we've all had bad roommate stories. I'm lucky to only have a few. Don't want to start accumulating more stories, if you know what I mean. I will be gone sometimes 9 months a year and you will have the place to yourself. I have one covered carport parking space available to you when I am not in town. Otherwise, street parking is available.
