Mansion in Malibu, overlooking the ocean, close to Santa Monica and Pepperdine. I am a college student as well and I mostly live in the house alone but my dad is back and forth from Florida so he would be the other “roommate”. We are both very friendly and also prefer quiet and noninvasive people. Cleanliness is a must and taking care of your own things as well as cleaning up after yourself in common areas.
