Room for rent in Burbank

Howdy, we are a M and F looking for another F roommate (current F roommate prefers another F). Room is private but shares bathroom with F roommate. M is a professional writer and F is attending school. We do have two small dogs in the house, both very sweet and friendly.

We tend to be pretty lowkey, but will have people over for things like Dungeons and Dragons occasionally. We both clean up after ourselves and share a cleaning schedule for public areas- someone clean is a must, as well as strong communications skills.

Complex includes underground parking garage, pool, full gym, sauna, hot tubs, and sun deck. Maintenance is prompt and excellent, area is extremely safe (though we do have very rude raccoons).
