Seeking two roommates for a spacious three-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bath apartment in Los Feliz/Silverlake area. The two bedrooms available are upstairs and share a bathroom with a shower-and-tub setup. Both rooms get optimal sunlight and have nicely sized closets. The house has hardwood floors throughout! Downstairs, we have a homey living room space, dining room area, and the kitchen WITH a gas stove. There’s also a private patio area surrounded by trees. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are great. There’s a grocery store less than a mile away, so the place is pretty walkable. There’s laundry on site, and covered parking is included. It’s also pet-friendly! We also have AC/Central Air!

About me: I'm a trans femme screenwriter and poet. I spend a lot of my time writing. I'm pretty quiet and I'm respectful of others. Prefer talking issues out rather than let them fester. I'm a proud plant mom and animal lover. I don't really do parties and kind of expect the same. This is a pretty quiet apartment building and that's the vibe. Also smoking is allowed but not in unit. We have a patio area you can smoke in.
