The room comes with its own private bathroom and dedicated parking. The house is comfortable, stylish, and located in a great residential neighborhood with easy access to Hollywood, Silver Lake, Griffith Park, restaurants, shops and major freeways.

The home is dog-friendly, so you must genuinely be comfortable living with dogs. A well-behaved dog may also be considered depending on temperament and compatibility.

ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD:

This is a home, not a party house. I work in television and own a business, so my schedule can sometimes be busy, but home is where I like things to be relaxed, clean and peaceful.

I’m looking for someone independent, respectful, financially responsible and considerate of shared spaces. Ideally, you have your own life and schedule and are looking for a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to crash.

A good fit is someone who communicates well, cleans up after themselves, respects privacy and boundaries, and is comfortable living in a mature household.
