Room available in 2b/2b apartment in Los Feliz

Hey! I have a room available in the Los Feliz / Thai Town area in a 2b/2b apartment. It’s available now with the latest move in being August 31st. My current roommate has moved out early and the lease renews on September 1st. You would be signing a new 12 month lease with me.

It’s around ~$1500 total per month including all utilities. Shared parking space/street parking. Laundry in building.

The open room is a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom. Depending on your needs, I’m open to switching rooms, if necessary.

It’s a cozy apartment with a huge living room space. It’s in a quiet and safe apartment complex near some amazing restaurants and bars. Grocery stores, shops, and hangout spaces all in walking distance. It’s right beneath Griffith Park with a beautiful hike up to the top.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is in the industry, as I work in Film and TV. I have a small office space/studio set up in the living room currently (I’m happy to rearrange furniture based on your needs). There’s a cozy couch set up with a movie theater-esc setup (huge projector on the wall and surround sound).

A bit about me: I’m a sound designer for Film, TV, and Games. I’m also an adjunct professor where I teach film. I enjoy a good walk, exploring, cooking, making music, filming projects with friends, finding cool hangout spots on the weekends.
