I am currently living in Los Feliz, and my roommate is moving out. I need someone reliable who can pay rent on time every month and split utilities/wifi. I am a PhD student studying at home for my doctorate, as well as working half the week, so I need someone like minded. I have two cats, so I need a roommate who doesn't mind cuddling with them and is responsible with ensuring the front door is shut. There is a carport underneath the apartment and one shared laundry unit. The apartment is furnished, minus the bedroom you would be occupying. Please reach out if this seems like a good fit!
