I rent a house and travel more than half the calendar so am looking for someone responsible, clean and friendly to rent the spare room in the house. Jack and Jill bathroom but easy locking. Utilities INCLUDED. Pet friendly if they are well behaved. No smoking or hard drugs. Landlady and son live in the back in case of emergency if I’m not there. I have a lot of things so ideal for someone who doesn’t have much. Cluttered front but house is clean and cozy. Old house virtues with old house charm in the center of Los Feliz.
