Room for rent in creative household

Hello, I’m looking for someone to officially take over my room starting September 1st in the Silverlake/ Los Feliz hills! You will be basically taking my spot on the lease in this 3 story banger of a house!
Your Roomates will be 3 creative professionals in our 20s/30s. They are looking to align with other creatives/artists. We are respectful, clean mates that love community & nature. We currently have dogs so an animal lover is a must, however our preference is that we don’t add on any new pets to the home. The available room is the only room located on the first floor and has its own bathroom across the hall (not shared but open to guests as they come over). Our space features a lovely backyard with a bouldering wall and fire pit, and art room, and a film/photo studio space. We would love to connect with you and see if things are a fit!
Also my roomate upstairs is looking for someone to sublet his room from august 15th-31st while he’s traveling, so that can be an option as well :)
