Large Sunny Room with Private Bathroom for Sublet

Hi, I’m looking for a responsible cool person to sublet my private room and private bathroom in a 3BR 2BR apartment in Los Feliz.  It’s on the top floor (second floor) of the apartment, so it gets a lot of light and has no footsteps above.

You'd be living with my roommates, who are two women in their early-to-mid thirties who are very nice and keep the apartment quiet and tranquil.

There's no smoking or vaping, and unfortunately no pets, allowed in the building.

I’m looking for someone to start paying September 23rd (or could be flexible to a couple days earlier or a little later) and stay for 1-5 months, with potential for longer (flexible end date).

The neighborhood is very safe and fun, right on the border between Los Feliz and Silverlake, technically in Los Feliz. You can walk to sooo many great bars and restaurants, as well as the grocery store, library, gym, etc.
