Spacious Room available in Sunny Apt in Los Feliz

Beautiful private room available to rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with an amazing shared rooftop overlooking Griffith Observatory. The apt is right in the center of Los Feliz, with tons of coffee shops, cinemas and restaurants at walking distance.

You would be sharing with a freelance filmmaker (me) I mostly work from home. I am a female in my mid 30s, looking for a responsible and respectful roommate that likes to take care of the place they live in. Definitely past my party stage and don't bring the party home, hope you wont either. Love to host a dinner party on the rooftop every now and then, go to my local cinema, art galleries, hikes and catch up with friends, the "normal" stuff :) Looking for someone who is in the same mindset of life, ideally in their late 20s /30s, who likes to catch up every now and then and wants to come back to a peaceful home :)

I love animals, but unfortunately can't have any apart from my 2 parakeets. No couples sorry :( Rent does not include utilities, they add up to 150-200 a month. Room comes semi furnishes with bed and night table, although there is room for a desk in the room. I am looking to sublet initially for 4-6 months and then see if we are a fit, but also open for people just looking for to sublet for a few months. Would need one month rent deposit to move in.
