Seeking mature professional housemate for a private medium room available in a gorgeous, spacious 3-bedroom semi-duplex with lots of light in Los Feliz at the foot of Griffith Park from Mar 1. A prime location for hiking to the Griffith Observatory and enjoying live music at the The Greek Theatre with a plethora of lovely local restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance.

This is a minimal, very clean and quiet house where everyone feels at home together — comfortable in the shared spaces while respecting each others' independent spaces. Good communication is essential.

The Upstairs Bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe closet, a small 3-drawer dresser unit, two lamps, a comfortable foam mattress queen bed and end table. There will be a shared bathroom with one other.

There is plenty of safe street parking in the neighborhood.

About the current housemates: We are a diverse and LGBTQIA+ friendly household. I'm a cultural programmer and experiential producer from Brooklyn via London who enjoys art, music, yoga, running, hiking, cooking and travel. The other housemate is an actor and model from the Bronx.
