This is a minimal, very clean and quiet house where all roommates feel at home together — comfortable in the shared spaces while respecting each others' independent spaces. Good communication is essential.
The Upstairs Bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe closet, a small 3-drawer dresser unit, two lamps, a comfortable foam mattress queen bed and end table. A desk & chair could also be made available, if required. There will be a shared bathroom with one other housemate.
